Connection fail

There are issues around the notebook connecting to the kernel when I try to "get started" with the material to learn.
As such I receive the following message:
A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having this issue as well - I initially couldn't load the notebook using Brave browser on windows 10, but I've disabled Brave security for all Quantopian.com pages, and can now connect to the notebook, however I cannot connect to the kernel.

Would very much appreciate an answer on this!

The Brave browser by design tries to limit cross-site tracking. Unfortunately, Quantopian relies on this feature for notebook security.

There is a Brave browser setting called 'shields down' which can be set for each site. This should keep the browser from checking for cross-site tracking. It sounds like you did this for quantopian.com. However, Quantopian actually uses two domains within the notebook environment quantopian.com and dynoquant.com. Make sure this is set as 'shields down' for both these domains. That may fix the problem.
