I thought this was fixed ages ago?

I'm also finding this quite frustrating.......

The data doesn't persist in research, it will get wiped when we reboot our servers. There is a notice about this behavior on the "data" folder page. We're working to have the restored in your folders as we continue to build functionality in the beta phase.

Sorry it was a momentary frustration because I had erased the source of the CSV files I'd uploaded,

Sorry about this. It's on the short list. As is often the case with rolling out a new feature, we have been dealing with issues that have cropped up from opening up research to everyone. This has meant lots of small bugs fixes but I am hoping to very shortly return to feature work.

No worries! In case I don't say it enough, thanks so much for all of these tools you all are building and sharing. Research is especially fun and convenient. Despite my frequent head-banging with the back-tester, it's still unprecedented to be able to do the sorts of things we can do with Quantopian, so thanks again.
