Loosely based on the book "Bli rikare på aktieutdelning" by Marcus Hernhags, this strategy aims to find stocks in the Nasdaq 100 segment that have modest dividend yield (between 2-10%). The strategy is aiming for having long-term positions and minimizing the number of trades made each year. It only has one trade day per year (in February).
In the original strategy it is also important to look at how likely it is that the company will do a dividend payout, how the stock price has changed in the long-term, and how much the dividend payout increases over the year.
