How to fix this bug with get_pricing?

Anyone can tell me how to fix this issue.
I get the following error message when I use get_pricing (this started yesterday night).

HTTPError: 500 Server Error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR for url: http://localhost:8080/api/pricing

Hi Ali,

Can you try restarting your notebook and running it again? I cloned the notebook and it seemed to run ok for me. If restarting doesn't help, please open a ticket with support. If you grant permission for support to take a look at the notebook, they might be able to help.

I also have this problem. Yesterday, it worked fine.

Thanks for helping

I have the same problem. get_pricing does not seem to be working.

I had the

HTTPError: 500 Server Error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR for url: http://localhost:8080/api/pricing

when running a notebook just now. Simply reloaded the browser page (ie reloaded the notebook) and then clicked on 'run -> reconnect'. Works fine now.

I'm still getting this error. How can I fix it?

This error is also an issue for me. 'get_pricing' was working until today, however I've been getting the same error for the last few hours. I've tried restarting and reconnecting, but it hasn't resolved the problem.

Same here!

Just chiming in that I'm having the same problem.
