I suddenly cannot run any backtests.... are the systems down? says its all operational, but not for me....

Backtesting should be working again.

I apologize for the outage. The incident was caused by a database failover that we handled incorrectly. This was caused by a bug, which we've now identified and will be fixing later today. In the meantime, it shouldn't cause any further issues unless there's another database failover, which is unlikely since they don't happen that often.

That's very weird. I don't know of anything that has happened recently with the site that would cause that behavior. Can you please reach out to us privately via email to [email protected] or Help → Send Feedback so we can troubleshoot further with you about it?
