Understanding Alphalens analysis values: Alpha, IC Mean, Quantile Mean Turnover

Hi Q: How do I make of the meanings in Alphalens' analysis values:

Returns Analysis - are there general threshold levels for alpha to be regarded as poor, good, excellent, exceptional in values?
In the investment market, for instance, would 0.05 indicate an acceptable alpha; and 0.50 be an order of magnitude difference?

Information Analysis - do we consider IC Mean of 0.01 as minimally meaningful, and what do 0.1 and 0.5 mean in order of magnitude?

Turnover Analysis - what does a Mean Turnover of 0.6 mean for, say Quantile 1 in 10-day period?

Thanks
