ZeroRowsProcessed() in Self-Server Data

I am uploading this google spreadsheet, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vReKZWw1mhjFSjg697WiSaVgJ-HjB9Q62QVFFINxVmQWwGmlux0qgOcRN-6TLuX9jO2bB8qeKbaUNO5/pub?gid=1842960704&single=true&output=csv, as a Custom Dataset. But once I get to "Setup Live Data" and add the link to the spreadsheet, the upload fails with "ZeroRowsProcessed()" error.

Can anyone explain what am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Majid

Hi Majid, (Copying my help desk response here)

The "ZeroRowsProcessed()” error is typically caused by your Primary Asset column data not matching ANY assets in the Quantopian US equities database.

Check out this community post for more details on Ticker, which US exchanges are supported, and our future plans for global expansion. It also includes a notebook to help perform a quick check for matching symbols.

In your specific case, the ticker you are trying to match (SPX) does not exist :

via linked notebook above

symbols("SPX")
....
NoSuchSymbols: Failed to find securities matching ['SPX']

There is a workaround that we documented for our Alpha Users that may be useful for adding data without a matching symbol (Macro or Index data).
